Chat 'n' Chill

Chat 'n' Chill is designed for young people aged 13-19 with Autism, giving you a space to socialise and gain confidence as you navigate the journey from teenage years to adulthood.

We know that growing up comes with its challenges and having a group just for young people with a diagnosis or awaiting a diagnosis of Autism means you can share experiences, get support and just be yourself - all in a friendly, non judgmental zone.

When and Where?

Tuesday nights - The Chislett, KImberworth Park

Each session is packed with fun activities, trips and chill time with friends, each helping you build confidence and tackle things like peer pressure, anxiety and growing up - all with the guidance of supportive youth workers.
